Welcome to The Gelle'On Retreat - Luxury Nail & Wellness Studio. By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• All appointments must be booked in advance via our website booking system.
• We do not accept walk-ins to ensure a calm and private experience for each guest.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking for returning clients.
• New clients must pay a 50% deposit via bank transfer within 12 hours of booking. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the appointment.

• We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice ill forfeit the boking fee or deposit.
• No-shows will be charged the full treatment cost and may be restricted from future bookings.

• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your treatment time may be reduced or cancelled.
• Missed time will not be refunded.

• We accept cash, bank transfer, card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
• All payments are non-refundable unless a cancellation is made within the appropriate time.

• All products must be paid in full before dispatch.
• We currently offer UK shipping only.
• Returns are only accepted on damaged or faulty goods. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Exchanges:

Due to hygiene reasons and the bespoke nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges on press-on nails or any self-care items. Please ensure you choose your size and style carefully before purchasing. If you're unsure, please reach out before placing your order at: help@thegelleonretreat.co.uk

• Please complete, sign and date the client treatment disclaimer that will be sent to you when you book an appointment. This helps us provide you with the best service possible.
• If you are unwell or have any contagious conditions, please reschedule your appointment.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if it is unsafe or unhygienic to proceed.
• For insurance and safety reasons, only clients receiving a treatment may be in the salon space during their appointment (unless pre-agreed).

Age Policy:

At The Gelle'On Retreat, all in-person treatments are strictly for clients aged 16 and over.

We do not offer beauty treatments to anyone under 16, even with parental consent, for safety and insurance reasons.

However, press-on nail kits and self-care items are available for younger customers, with adult supervision recommended for application.

This policy helps us maintain a safe, professional environment and ensures all treatments are age-appropriate and fully insured. Thank you for your understanding. 

• We offer removal or work one by other technicians for £15.
• We cannot refill or infill nails done elsewhere to avoid cross-contamination.

• This is a safe and supportive space.

You must be 18 or over and based in the UK to become an affiliate of The Gelle'On Retreat. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our discretion.

Affiliates will earn 15% commission on every confirmed purchase made through their unique referral code. Commission is calculated on the product price only, excluding shipping and discounts.

Payouts will be made monthly via bank transfer or PayPal once a minimum balance of £10 has been reached. Payments are usually processed within 7 working days of the end of the month.

You may not use your own affiliate link for personal purchases. Any fraudulent or misleading promotion (e.g., spammy behaviour or false claims) will lead to immediate removal and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.

If a product is refunded, the commission related to that sale will be voided or deducted from future payouts.

Affiliates are expected to represent The Gelle'On Retreat in a respectful, professional, and ethical manner at al times. We reserve the right to evoke affiliate status if actions are deemed damaging to the brand.
